Welcome to Card Binder (“we,” “our,” or “us”). In some regions the app appears on the App Store under a different name, such as TCG Collector. These terms cover the app under every name.
Card Binder is a collection tracker for Pokémon and One Piece trading cards. You scan or search your cards, and the app shows what they are worth.
These Terms of Use apply when you use the Card Binder mobile application.
By downloading or using Card Binder, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Card Binder has a free plan and a paid subscription called Plus. The free plan has limits, which the app shows before you reach them. Plus removes those limits and adds features such as card scanning and your full value history.
We may change which features are free or part of Plus. If a change affects a subscription you have already paid for, it takes effect at your next renewal.
You can use Card Binder without an account. If you sign in with Apple or Google, you are responsible for keeping access to that account secure.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, then Account.
Your collection is stored on your device. Deleting the app deletes your collection. Use Export in the app to keep a copy. We are not responsible for data lost from your device.
Plus is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
